1. Tap the App Store icon just to the left of the text box in Messages

2. Tap the icon in the lower left corner (It's a box made of four dots)

3. Tap the "+ Store" icon

This opens up the iMessage App store, which is filled with iMessage Apps and stickers you can search, buy, and download. Once purchased, your stickers will appear when you tap the App Store icon - the one right next to the text box in Messages.
